Obligation to Issue. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and in reliance upon the representations and warranties of the Borrower herein set forth, the Letter of Credit Issuer shall issue for the account of Borrower, one or more Letters of Credit denominated in Dollars, in accordance with Article II and this Article XI, from time to time during the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending thirty (30) days prior to the Termination Date.
