NYISO PENALTIES. Producer shall be solely responsible and liable for any penalties or charges imposed by the NYISO or by other regulatory bodies and payment thereof, for any products derived or failure to provide such products from the Production Facility to the NYISO, or for any failure by Producer to comply with the regulations, rules, or procedures of the NYISO or other regulatory bodies.
