Nurse Practitioners. Voluntary Extra Shifts. 26 Full-time Nurse Practitioners who volunteer to work a shift on a regularly 27 scheduled day off in addition to their regular schedule shall be paid at the 28 rate of one and one-half (1 ½ ) times their regular rate of pay for work 29 performed on such days.
