Numbering. 37.1 It shall be the responsibility of each Party to program and update its own switches and network systems to recognize and route traffic to the other Party's assigned NPA-NXXs at all times. Neither Telco nor Carrier shall charge each other for changes to switch routing software necessitated by the opening of NPAs or NXXs. If either Party is authorized to recover its costs for changes to switch routing software necessitated by the opening of NPAs or NXXs, the Parties shall reimburse each other’s costs according to such authorization.
