Number of Members of Governing Board. The number of members of the Governing Board that shall constitute the entire Governing Board will be such number, not to exceed ten, as shall be determined by the Governing Board from time to time. Until further action by the Governing Board, the number of members of the Governing Board that will constitute the entire Governing Board will be four. As used in this Agreement, the term “entire Governing Board” means the total number of members of the Governing Board that the Company would have if there were no vacancies.

  • Governing Board 1. The Centre shall be guided and overseen by a Governing Board renewed every 3 years and include:
