NUMBER OF APPOINTMENTS. During each calendar year of the term of this Agreement, Attorney agrees to and shall accept appointments hereunder to represent indigent personss in the Franklin County Superior Court up to a maximum of 40 case equivalents per calendar year (proratable for any partial calendar year).
NUMBER OF APPOINTMENTS. Several appointments may be necessary to complete your treatment. • The time between the first appointment and the subsequent appointments will be kept to a minimum as much as the clinic schedule and the students’ schedule allows.
NUMBER OF APPOINTMENTS. While this agreement does not impose a numerical limit on the number of cases that may be assigned to Attorney, Attorney nevertheless assumes personal and sole responsibility for ensuring that his/her practice of indigent criminal defense comports with the standards for such, contained in the Standards for Indigent Defense as adopted by the WSBA, including any such standards on overall caseloads. Attorney fully acknowledges and understands that neither County nor the PDM are responsible in any way for monitoring Attorney’s caseload for purposes of compliance with such Standards for Indigent Defense.
