Common use of NSHEPP Pension Plan Clause in Contracts

NSHEPP Pension Plan. All members of each Bargaining Unit represented by the Nova Scotia Nurses’ Union shall be members of the NSHEPP Pension Plan, subject to the eligibility provisions of the NSHEPP Pension Plan.

NSHEPP Pension Plan. All members of each Bargaining Unit represented by the Nova Scotia Nurses’ Union shall be members member of the NSHEPP Pension Plan, subject to the eligibility provisions of the NSHEPP Pension Plan.

Upon enrollment in the Pension Plan the terms of the Plan respecting eligibility and the levels of contribution shall apply. The pension plan is mandatory for all employees as a condition of employment.
