Common use of NPA Qualification Clause in Contracts

NPA Qualification. The CNA shall evaluate and recommend NPA initial qualification to the Commission in accordance with 41 C.F.R. § 51-4.2. This includes, but is not limited to, evaluating whether an NPA meets the definition of a qualified NPA. The CNA shall provide assistance to NPAs to ensure that proposed NPAs have valid Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) codes, Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) numbers, and are registered in the federal System for Award Management upon being determined to meet the initial AbilityOne Program qualifications.
