NOW THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED. 1.1 Transnet hereby appoints the Service Provider Terminal Operator to provide, and Transnet undertakes to accept the supply of Goods / provision of Services provided for herein, as formally agreed between the Parties and in accordance with the Schedule of Requirements / Work Orders issued as a schedule to this Agreement; and

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED. 1.1 Transnet hereby appoints the Service Provider to provide, and Transnet undertakes to accept the supply of Goods / provision Provision of Services provided Servicesprovided for herein, as formally agreed between the Parties and in accordance with the Schedule of Requirements / Work Orders issued as a schedule to this Agreement; and
