The amendment is on account of additional subscription being made by the Contributor to the extent as below, towards Capital Contribution and shall be read in conjunction with Clause 2.1 of the Contribution Agreement. Top Up Commitment amount Top up Contribution amount Class of the Beneficial Interest Set Up Fee (Up to 2 %) This Addendum Agreement shall be read together with the Principal Agreement and shall be deemed to be an integral part thereof. No other terms or conditions of the above mentioned Contribution Agreement shall be negatedor changed as a result of this here stated addendum.
