Novation of Detailed Designer Clause Samples

Novation of Detailed Designer. We acknowledge that: (a) as part of their Final Project Proposal, the NOPs submitted an executed deed of novation for the novation of the professional services contract with the Detailed Designer to a NOP or to the NOPs jointly; (b) the deed of novation was held in escrow by TfNSW until the Commencement Date; and (c) the deed of novation is now released from escrow and is binding upon TfNSW and the NOP or NOPs by whom it was executed (as applicable).
