Notwithstanding s. 2.3, the Consultant designates, and will provide and make available the services of, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to perform the Consultant's Services, and represents and warrants that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ have the required skills and experience to perform the services and to exercise the responsibilities required of the Consultant under this Agreement.
