Common use of Notwithstanding Clause 11 Clause in Contracts

Notwithstanding Clause 11. 2.2, subject to the terms and conditions of the benefits insurance carrier policies, upon request by the teacher, the School Division will continue paying the School Division portion of the benefit costs for a teacher on maternity, adoption or parental leave, for a period of up to twelve months, provided the teacher repays the teacher portion of the benefit premiums.

Notwithstanding Clause 11. 2.2, subject to the terms and conditions of the benefits insurance carrier policies, upon request by the teacher, the School Division Jurisdiction will continue paying the School Division Jurisdiction portion of the benefit costs for a teacher on maternity, adoption or parental leave, for a period of up to twelve months, provided the teacher repays the teacher portion of the benefit premiums.

Notwithstanding Clause 11. 2.2, 2.2 subject to the terms and conditions of the benefits insurance carrier policies, upon request by the teacher, the School Division will continue paying the School Division portion of the benefit costs for a teacher on maternity, adoption or parental leave, for a period of up to twelve months, provided the teacher repays the teacher portion of the benefit premiums.

Notwithstanding Clause 11. 2.211.2, subject to the terms and conditions of the benefits insurance carrier policies, upon request by the teacher, the School Division will continue paying the School Division portion of the benefit costs for a teacher on maternity, adoption or parental leave, for a period of up to twelve months, provided the teacher repays the teacher portion of the benefit premiums.

Notwithstanding Clause 11. 2.25.2, subject to the terms and conditions of the benefits insurance carrier policies, upon request by the teacher, the School Division will continue paying the School Division portion of the benefit costs for a teacher on maternity, adoption or parental leave, for a period of up to twelve (12) months, provided the teacher repays the teacher portion of the benefit premiums.

Notwithstanding Clause 11. 2.23.2, subject to the terms and conditions of the benefits insurance carrier policies, upon request by the teacher, the School Division will continue paying the School Division portion of the benefit costs for a teacher on maternity, adoption or parental leave, for a period of up to twelve months, provided the teacher repays the teacher portion of the benefit premiums.

Notwithstanding Clause 11. 2.23, subject to the terms and conditions of the benefits insurance carrier policies, upon request by the teacher, the School Division will continue paying the School Division portion of the benefit costs for a teacher on maternity, adoption or parental leave, for a period the remainder of the parental leave, up to twelve eighteen (18) months, provided the teacher repays the teacher School Division portion of the benefit premiums.
