Common use of Notwithstanding Clause 10 Clause in Contracts

Notwithstanding Clause 10. 3 in the case of a teacher who has had previous service with the School Division and re-enters its employ within 26 months of leaving, and upon production of a medical certificate of good health, the sick leave accumulated, clause 10.1 during the period of employment with the School Division shall be reinstated to the credit of the teacher.
