Common use of Notwithstanding Clause 10 Clause in Contracts

Notwithstanding Clause 10. 3 in the case of a teacher who has had previous service with the School Division and re-enters its employ within 26 months of leaving, and upon production of a medical certificate of good health, the sick leave accumulated, clause 10.1 during the period of employment with the School Division shall be reinstated to the credit of the teacher.

Notwithstanding Clause 10. 3 3, in the case of a teacher who has had previous service with the School Division Employer and re-enters its employ within 26 twenty-six (26) months of leaving, leaving and upon production of a medical certificate of good health, the sick leave accumulatedaccumulated (clause 10.1), clause 10.1 during the period of employment with the School Division Employer shall be reinstated to the credit of the teacher.
