Notification to Securityholders. (a) Upon any termination of or appointment of a successor to the Servicer or Master Servicer, the Indenture Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to Securityholders and to each Rating Agency. (b) Within 60 days after the occurrence of any Event of Default, the Indenture Trustee shall transmit by mail to all Securityholders notice of each such Event of Default hereunder known to the Indenture Trustee, unless such Event of Default shall have been cured or waived.
