Notification to Noteholders and Certificateholders. Upon any termination of, or appointment of a successor to, the Master Servicer or Administrator, as the case may be, pursuant to this Article VIII, the Eligible Lender Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to Certificateholders and the Indenture Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to Noteholders, the Surety Provider and the Rating Agencies (which, in the case of any such appointment of a successor, shall consist of prior written notice thereof to the Surety Provider and the Rating Agencies).
