Common use of Notification to Noteholders and Certificateholders Clause in Contracts

Notification to Noteholders and Certificateholders. Upon any termination of, or appointment of a successor to, the Servicer pursuant to this Article, the Trust Agent shall give prompt written notice thereof to Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing in the Certificate Register, and the Indenture Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to Noteholders at their respective addresses appearing in the Note Register.
