Notification to Noteholders and Certificateholders. Upon any termination of, or appointment of a successor to, the Administrator pursuant to this Article VII, the AART Indenture Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to the Noteholders and the Depositor, who promptly shall provide such notice to the Rating Agencies, and the AART Owner Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to the Certificateholders.
