Common use of Notification to Holders Clause in Contracts

Notification to Holders. Upon termination of, or a Servicer Termination Event by, the Master Servicer, the Certificate Administrator, the Custodian or the Special Servicer, or appointment of a successor to the Master Servicer, the Custodian, the Certificate Administrator or the Special Servicer, the Trustee shall promptly provide written notice to the 17g-5 Information Provider, the Controlling Class Representative (during any Subordinate Control Period or any Collective Consultation Period), the Trust Advisor, the Depositor, the Initial Purchasers, the Underwriters, the Sellers and the Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing on the Certificate Register.
