Notification Process. Upon initial notification of an actual or potential Breach, the Party (ies) responsible for or affected by an actual or potential Breach shall report such event to the Operating Group for the Data Governing Board. Such reports shall be made as soon as the Party learns of the Breach or potential Breach but no later than 24 hours from when the Participating Agency discovered or had reasonable belief that there was an actual or potential Breach by unauthorized individuals or entities. Party (ies) shall also comply with any federal and state law and regulations regarding Breaches.
