Notification of Schedule Changes. The Association recognizes that student needs are paramount in the Board’s determination of the optimum yearly, weekly, and daily schedule(s) for provision of auxiliary services by bargaining unit members. The Board and Administration recognize the legitimate desire of employees to be informed in advance about impending changes in work schedules, and the Board agrees to provide two (2) calendar weeks advance notice of schedule changes to all affected employees whenever practical.

Notification of Schedule Changes. Administrators shall provide at least five (5) school daysnotice to the teachers of any change in the regular daily schedule. Such schedule changes include but are not limited to safety drills, assemblies or field trips. This notice shall include plans and procedures for conducting the activity. Prior notice will not be required when, in the opinion of the administrator, it is in the best interest of the school to change the schedule. If five (5) or more teachers complain in writing (signed) to the Association that there has been a misapplication of this provision, it may be filed as an Association grievance.

  • Schedule Changes Employees’ workweeks and work schedules may be changed with prior notice from the Employer. Overtime-eligible employees shall receive fourteen (14) calendar days’ written notice of a permanent schedule change. Employees shall receive seven (7) calendar days’ notice of a temporary schedule change. A temporary schedule change is defined as lasting thirty (30) days or less. The day notification is given is considered the first day of notice. Adjustments in the hours of work of daily work shifts during a workweek do not constitute a schedule change. The Employer may adjust an overtime-eligible employee’s daily start and/or end time(s) by two (2) hours.

It is agreed that pursuant to the exercise of management rights, normal work schedules may be changed without mutual agreement, subject to compliance with other provisions of this Agreement.   • Renewal Notice; Notification of Changes Subject to governing law, XOOM can renew this Agreement with new or revised Terms. XOOM will send you written notice at least (30) days before the end of the Term. The notice will specify the date by which you must advise XOOM if you do not want to renew your Agreement.
