Notification of Nontenure Teacher Contract Status. The Board shall formally notify all nontenured teachers of their contract status for the ensuing year by May 15th of the current year or as statutorily required by N.J.S.A. 18A:27-10. The teacher, in turn, shall formally notify the Board by June 1st of the current year of his intentions regarding renewal of said contract.
