Common use of Notification of Non-payment Clause in Contracts

Notification of Non-payment. The Issuing and Principal Paying Agent shall forthwith notify by fax each of the other Agents, the Issuer, the Guarantor and the Trustee if it has not received the amount referred to in Clause 4.1 by the time specified for its receipt, unless it is satisfied that it will receive such amount or it has already notified such persons pursuant to Clause 4.3.

Notification of Non-payment. The Issuing and Principal Paying Agent shall forthwith notify by fax each of the other Agents, the Issuer, the Guarantor Issuer and the Trustee if it has not received the amount referred to in Clause 4.1 by the time specified for its receipt, unless it is satisfied that it will receive such amount or it has already notified such persons pursuant to Clause 4.3.

Notification of Non-payment.
