Common use of Notification of Lenders Clause in Contracts

Notification of Lenders. Upon receipt of a (i) Request for Advance or a telephone or telecopy request for Advance, (ii) notification from an Issuing Bank that a draw has been made under any Letter of Credit (unless such Issuing Bank will be reimbursed through the funding of a Swing Loan), or (iii) notice from the Administrative Borrower with respect to the prepayment of any outstanding Eurodollar Advance prior to the Payment Date for such Advance, the Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each Lender by telephone or telecopy of the contents thereof and the amount of each Lender’s portion of any such Advance.
