Notification of Contaminants. In the event Centogene reasonably identifies a potential problem of cross-contamination in the Facility or a problem with respect to any regulatory requirements in connection therewith, Centogene shall immediately inform Shire in writing and the Parties shall meet and cooperate, through the JSC, in good faith to resolve the problem.
