Common use of Notification of Changes Clause in Contracts

Notification of Changes. The Investor hereby covenants and agrees to notify the Company upon the occurrence of any event prior to the Closing that would cause any representation, warranty, or covenant of the Investor, made on behalf of itself and each Exchanging Investor, contained in this Exchange Agreement to be false or incorrect.
