Notification of Assignment. All employees shall continue in their assigned positions on an annual basis unless transferred, laid off, or terminated under the provisions of this contract. Request forms shall be provided by the Board at the time the employee is notified of the involuntary transfer. Beginning in June, employees who are involuntarily transferred shall be notified by seniority of available positions.
