NOTIFICATION OF 75% EXPENDITURE OF COMPENSATION. CONSULTANT shall notify REGIONAL SAN’S Project Manager in writing upon expenditure of seventy-five percent (75%) of the authorized Agreement amount. Such notice shall identify the percentage of funds expended, the percentage of work completed, an explanation of any variation between these two (2) percentages, and an assessment of the cost of the remaining work to be performed.
