Notification in Writing. Counsel for a Party shall promptly notify counsel for the other Party in writing of any perceived non-compliance with the terms of this Agreement, or any other perceived dispute(s) related to the terms, processes, or obligations set forth in this Agreement.
Notification in Writing. The surplus employee shall be notified in writing and a copy of the notice shall be forwarded to the Local President of the Union of Postal Communications Employees and to the National Office of the Component.

EPA agrees to respond in writing within 20 business days of receiving Partner's letter. At that time, EPA will do one of the following: (a) undertake the corrective actions sought by Partner, or (b) explain why such corrective actions cannot be undertaken.
Notification in Writing. If ENERGY STAR Partner believes that EPA is not meeting all of its commitments, Partner agrees to notify EPA formally in writing. EPA agrees to respond in writing within 20 business days of receiving ENERGY STAR Partner's letter. At that time, EPA will do one of the following: (a) undertake the corrective actions sought by Partner, or (b) explain why such corrective actions cannot be undertaken.
Notification in Writing. Any Party’s dispute concerning this Agreement shall provide notice in writing to the attention of the other Party of the dispute. The other Party may provide a written response to the issues raised in the notice within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of the notice.

The Union shall promptly notify the Company in writing or by email of the names of the employees comprising the Chief Shop Xxxxxxx, Shop Stewards, Union Executive, National Representative, and of any changes in the personnel thereof. The Company shall inform the Union in writing or by email of the names of the Supervisors, Managing Director and Human Resources personnel with whom the Shop Stewards shall deal and any changes in the personnel thereof.
Notification in Writing. Any Party’s dispute concerning the interpretation, implementation, monitoring, modification pursuant to section 13.2, and compliance with this Agreement shall be brought in writing to the attention of the other Party.
Notification in Writing. If the United States believes that there has been non- compliance with any term of this Agreement, the United States shall give prompt written notice to CVS and its counsel. CVS shall be given an opportunity to cure of not less than fifteen (15) days after receipt of the notice.
