Notification by Bank. The Bank will use reasonable commercial efforts to notify ACE promptly upon any determination by the Bank that it will not extend the final expiration date of any Lloyds LOC beyond December 31, 2017 (it being understood that failure to provide such notice shall not impose any liability on the Bank).
Notification by Bank. Any Bank proposing to make a claim pursuant to Clause 15.1 shall promptly upon becoming aware of its entitlement to make such a claim notify the Obligors' Agent (through the Facility Agent), setting out, in reasonable detail, the calculation and cause of the amounts claimed. No Bank shall be required to disclose any information relating to the organisation of its affairs which it considers to be confidential.
