Common use of Notification by Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Notification by Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Borrower of each Lender’s determination under this Section no later than the date that is ten (10) Business Days after the Notice Date (or, if such date is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day). Upon receipt of such notice from the Administrative Agent, the Borrower shall determine the date of the effectiveness of any extension, which date the Borrower may elect to delay in its sole discretion (such effective date to be referred to herein as the “Extension Date”).

Notification by Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Borrower of each Lender’s determination under this Section no later than the date that is ten (10) Business Days after 30 days prior to the Notice Existing Maturity Date (or, if such date is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day). Upon receipt such notification, subject to the provisions of such notice from the Administrative Agentclause (e) below, the Borrower Existing Maturity Date of each Lender that has elected to agree to such extension (an “Extending Lender”) shall determine be automatically so extended without further action on the date part of the effectiveness of any extension, which date Borrower or the Borrower may elect to delay in its sole discretion (such effective date to be referred to herein as the “Extension Date”Existing Lender(s).

Notification by Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Borrower in writing of each Lender’s determination under this Section 5.16 promptly, but in no event later than the date that is ten two (102) Business Days after the Notice Date (or, if such date is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day)Date. Upon receipt of such notice from the responses of the applicable Lenders, the Administrative Agent, Agent and the Borrower shall determine the date of upon which the effectiveness of any relevant extension, which date the Borrower may elect to delay in its sole discretion if applicable, shall be effective (such effective date to be referred to herein as the “Extension Effective Date”), which such date shall not (unless agreed by the relevant Lenders and the Administrative Agent) be earlier than ten (10) days after the Notice Date.

The Administrative Agent shall notify the Borrower of each Lender’s determination under this Section no later than the date day that is ten (10) Business Days after days prior to the Notice Extension Date (or, if such date is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day). Upon receipt of such notice from the Administrative Agent, the Borrower shall determine the date of the effectiveness of any extension, which date the Borrower may elect to delay in its sole discretion (such effective date to be referred to herein as the “Extension Date”).

Upon receipt of such notice from the Administrative Agent, the Borrower shall determine ) and (ii) the date of that is 5 days following the effectiveness of any extension, which date the Borrower may elect to delay in its sole discretion (such effective date to be referred to herein as the “Extension applicable Lender Notice Date”).

The Administrative Agent shall notify the Borrower of each Lender’s determination under this Section no later than the date that is ten (10) Business Days after prior to the Notice Relevant Anniversary Date (or, if such date is not a Business Day, on the next immediately preceding Business Day). Upon receipt of such notice from the Administrative Agent, the Borrower shall determine the date of the effectiveness of any extension, which date the Borrower may elect to delay in its sole discretion (such effective date to be referred to herein as the “Extension Date”).

The Administrative Agent shall notify the Borrower of each Revolving Lender’s determination under this Section 2.17(b) no later than the date that is ten (10) Business Days after days prior to the Notice applicable Anniversary Date (or, if such date is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day). Upon receipt of such notice from the Administrative Agent, the Borrower shall determine the date of the effectiveness of any extension, which date the Borrower may elect to delay in its sole discretion (such effective date to be referred to herein as the “Extension Date”d).

Upon receipt of such notice from the Administrative Agent, the Borrower shall determine the date of the effectiveness of any extension, which date the Borrower may elect to delay in its sole discretion (such effective date to be referred to herein as the “Extension Date”).
