Notification by Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Company of each Lender’s determination under this Section no later than the date 15 days prior to the applicable Extension Date (or, if such date is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day).

The Administrative Agent shall notify the Company of each Revolving Lender’s determination under this Section 2.17(b) no later than the date 15 ten (10) days prior to the applicable Extension Anniversary Date (or, if such date is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day).

Notification by Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Company Borrower of each applicable Lender’s determination under this Section promptly after the Administrative Agent’s receipt thereof and, in any event, no later than the date that is 15 days prior to the applicable proposed Extension Date (or, if such date is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day).

Notification by Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Company of each LenderBank’s determination under this Section no later than the date 15 days prior to the applicable Extension Date (or, if such date is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day).

Notification by Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Company of each Lender’s determination under this Section no later than the date 15 5 days prior to following the applicable Extension Notice Date (or, if such date is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day).

The Administrative Agent shall notify the Company Borrowers of each Lender’s determination under this Section 2.16 promptly and, in any event, by no later than the date 15 that is fifteen (15) calendar days prior to after the applicable Extension Notice Date (or, if such date is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day).

The Administrative Agent shall notify the Company of each Lender’s determination under this Section promptly after the Administrative Agent’s receipt thereof 61 and, in any event, no later than the date that is 15 days prior to the applicable Extension Date (or, if such date is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day).

The Administrative Agent shall notify the Company of each Revolving Credit Lender’s determination under this Section 2.18 no later than the date 15 days prior to the applicable Extension Date Deadline (or, if such date is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day)..
