Notices from us to you regarding any Service may be delivered to you by first class mail, hand- delivery, facsimile, or e-mail, to the address or facsimile number of records with us. If a Service is provided by access to an Internet website, we may transmit notice by posting the notice or communication on the Website, unless prohibited by applicable law. For purposes of the foregoing, notice is deemed effective upon actual receipt or two (2) Business Days from the date sent, whichever is earlier.
