Whenever notice or other communication to the Certificateholders is required under this Agreement, unless and until Definitive Certificates shall have been issued to the related Certificateholders Certificate Owners pursuant to Section 5.096.12, the Trustee Trustee, upon written direction by the Transferor, shall give all such notices and communications specified herein to be given to Holders of the Book-Entry Investor Certificates to the Clearing Agency which shall give such notices and communications to the related DTC Participants in accordance with its applicable rules, regulations and proceduresor Foreign Clearing Agency.
