Notices or Orders. it has not received any notice or order advising it that it has or may have any remedial obligation with respect to any such releases, emissions, discharges or disposals of any Hazardous Materials or that it is or may be responsible for the costs of any remedial action taken or to be taken by any other Persons with respect to any such releases, emissions, discharges or disposals of any Hazardous Materials, which obligation or cost could reasonably be expected to have, singly or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect;
