Common use of Notices Generally Clause in Contracts

Notices Generally. Any notice or other communication herein required or permitted to be given to a Credit Party, the Collateral Agent or the Administrative Agent, shall be sent to such Person’s address as set forth on Appendix B or in the other relevant Transaction Document, and in the case of any Lender, the address as indicated on Appendix B or otherwise indicated to the Administrative Agent in writing. Except as otherwise set forth in Section 3.2(b) or paragraph (b) below, each notice hereunder shall be in writing and may be personally served or sent by facsimile (except for any notices sent to any of the Agents) or United States mail or courier service and shall be deemed to have been given when delivered in person or by courier service and signed for against receipt thereof, upon receipt of facsimile, or three Business Days after depositing it in the United States mail with postage prepaid and properly addressed; provided that (1) no notice to any Agent shall be effective until received by such Agent; and (2) any such notice or other communication shall at the request of the Administrative Agent be provided to any sub-agent appointed pursuant to Section 11.3(c) as designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time.

Notices Generally.
