Common use of Notices and Requests Clause in Contracts

Notices and Requests. Any notice or request required or permitted to be given or made under this Agreement and any other agreement between the parties contemplated by this Agreement shall be in writing. Such notice or request shall be deemed to have been duly given or made when it shall be delivered by hand or by mail, telegram, cable, telex or facsimile to the party to which it is required or permitted to be given or made at such party’s address specified in this Agreement, or at such other address as such party shall have designated by notice to the party giving such notice or making such request. Delivery made by facsimile transmission shall be confirmed by mail.

Notices and Requests. Any notice notice, request or request required or permitted other communication to be given or made under this Agreement and any other agreement between the parties contemplated by this Agreement shall be in writing. Such notice or request writing and except as otherwise provided in this Agreement it shall be deemed to have been duly given or made when it shall be delivered by hand hand, mail (or by mail, telegramairmail if sent to another country), cable, telex or facsimile telecopier to the party to which it is required or permitted to be given or made at the relevant address for communications of such party’s address party which is specified in at the opening of this Agreement, Agreement or at such other address for communication as such any party shall have designated by notice to the party parties giving such notice or making such request. Delivery made by facsimile transmission shall be confirmed by mailnotice, request or other communication.
