The Company Issuer will arrange arrange, to the extent, if any, required by any regulations of the Commission, for the translation into English, if not already in English, to the extent required pursuant to any regulations of the Commission, and the prompt transmittal by the Company Issuer to the Depositary and the Custodian of such notices and any other reports and communications which are made generally available by the Company Issuer to holders of its Shares. If requested in writing by the CompanyIssuer (except as provided in Section 4.07), the Depositary will arrange for the mailing, at the Company’s expense, mailing of copies of such notices, reports and communications to all Owners.
