Common use of Notice to the Union Clause in Contracts

Notice to the Union. ‌ Where notice or reply to the Union is required in the fulfillment of any clause of this Agreement, such notice shall be in writing to the appropriate Union Representative, with a copy to the President of CUPE/SCFP Local 1281 at 00 Xxxx Xx, Xxxxx 000, Xxxxxxx, XX, X0X 0X0, and by email to xxxxxxxxx@xxxx0000.xx, or any other address provided in writing by the Recording Secretary of the Local.

Notice to the Union. ‌ Where notice or reply to the Union union is required in the fulfillment of the obligations in any clause of this Collective Agreement, such notice shall be in writing to the appropriate Union RepresentativeShop Xxxxxxx, with a copy to the President Staff Representative of CUPE/SCFP CUPE Local 1281 at xxxxxx@xxxx0000.xx and to the President of CUPE Local 1281 via email at xxxxxxxxx@xxxx0000.xx and forwarded via regular mail to 00 Xxxx XxXxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxx 000, Xxxxxxx, XXXxxxxxx, X0X 0X0, and by email to xxxxxxxxx@xxxx0000.xx, or any other address provided in writing by the Recording Secretary of the Local.
