Common use of Notice to Noteholders Clause in Contracts

Notice to Noteholders. The relevant Agent shall on behalf of the Issuer not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the date on which such change is to take effect (unless the appointment of the relevant Agent is to terminate pursuant to any of the foregoing provisions of this Clause 11 on or prior to the date of such change) give notice thereof to the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 15 (Notices to Noteholders).

Notice to Noteholders. The relevant Agent shall at its own expense on behalf of the Issuer not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the date on which such change is to take effect (unless the appointment of the relevant Agent is to terminate pursuant to any of the foregoing provisions of this Clause 11 on or prior to the date of such change) give notice thereof to the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 15 (Notices to Noteholders).

The relevant Agent Issuer shall on behalf of the Issuer at its own expense not less fewer than fourteen (14) four days prior to the date on which such change is to take effect (unless the appointment of the relevant Agent is to terminate pursuant to any of the foregoing provisions of this Clause 11 15 (Changes in Agents) on or prior to the date of such change) give notice thereof to the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 15 14 (Notices Notice to Noteholders).
