Deliver to Seller a written description of any unsatisfactory physical condition which Buyer requires 344 Seller to correct. 345 If written notice is not received by Seller on or before Inspection Objection Deadline (§ 2.3), the physical condition of the Property and 346 Inclusions shall be deemed to be satisfactory to Buyer.
