Notice Provision. Except where the Tribal Gaming Ordinance, the Compact, or any other applicable law or regulation provide for immediate action or action in less than 30 days time, the Tribe or the Gaming Commission shall provide the Manager notice of any alleged violation of the Tribal Gaming Ordinance and thirty (30) days opportunity to cure before the Gaming Commission may take any action based on such alleged violation.
