Notice Provision. All notices to be given hereunder shall be in writing, and all payments to be made hereunder shall be by check and/or wire transfer, and may be served by hand delivery, express delivery or by depositing the same in the United States mail addressed to the party to be notified, postpaid, and registered or certified with return receipt requested. Notice given in any manner shall be effective only if and when received by the party to be notified.
