Notice of Selection. Within ten (10) workdays after the expiration of the posting period, the employer shall make known its decision as to which applicant has been selected to fill a posted position. Each association unit applicant shall be so notified in writing. If an applicant for a vacancy does not agree with the selection, the employee may request, within two (2) days, a meeting with the Superintendent to discuss the selection made.
