Common use of Notice of Resignation Clause in Contracts

Notice of Resignation. If Executive elects to resign from employment with the Company, the Executive must provide the Company with written notification of resignation at least three (3) weeks prior to the Executive’s intended resignation date. The Company may elect to waive all or part of the three (3) week notice period in its sole discretion.

In the event that it is not confidential, such notice shall include the name and address of any subsequent employer and/or person or entity with whom or which Executive intends to engage in business activities during the Restricted Period and the nature of her job duties and other business activities.
