  • Notice of Recall Notice of recall shall be sent by certified or registered mail to the laid off employee, and shall state the time and date on which the employee is to report back to work. Failure of the SELLER to give the BUYER notice of delay as provided in this Article except for the case of entire power failure or cut-off of the communication facilities shall preclude the SELLER from claiming extension of the Delivery Date by reason of such failure.
