Common use of Notice of Recall Clause in Contracts

Notice of Recall. (a) Notice of recall to a regular position shall be made by telephone, or if unsuccessful, by registered mail to the last address of the employee known by the Employer. A copy of the letter shall be sent to the President of the Union.
