Notice of Nonpayment. The trustee will notify the grantor and the licensing authority by certified mail or other form of mail accompanied by a receipt not later than ten days after the expiration of the thirty-day period following the anniversary of the establishment of the trust, if no payment is received from the grantor during the period. After the pay-in period is completed the trustee is not required to send a notice of nonpayment.
