Common use of Notice of Force Majeure Event Clause in Contracts

Notice of Force Majeure Event. When a Force Majeure Event arises or is reasonably perceived by the Affected Party as an imminent possibility, the Affected Party must give notice of those circumstances to the other Party as soon as possible, identifying the effect they will have on its performance. The Affected Party must make all reasonable efforts to minimise the effects of such circumstances on the performance of this Agreement.
