Notice of Drawdown. Notice of Rollover or Notice of Conversion when given by the Borrower will be irrevocable and will oblige the Borrower, the Agent and the Lenders to take the action contemplated herein and therein on the date specified therein, provided that any such notice will not be binding on any Lender who makes a determination under Section 11.3.
