Common use of Notice of Change in Control Clause in Contracts

Notice of Change in Control. The Company will, within thirty (30) Business Days after the occurrence of any Change in Control, give written notice (the “Change in Control Notice”) of such Change in Control to each Holder of 2019 Bonds, with a copy to the Trustee. Such Change in Control Notice shall contain and constitute an offer to prepay the 2019 Bonds as described in Section 2.06(b) hereof and shall be accompanied by the certificate described in Section 2.06(e).
